About Dr. Dimitry
Dr. Alexander Dimitry received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, after receiving his Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. In addition to conventional dentistry, Dr. Alex is able to provide an array of services such as root canal treatment, simple and complicated extractions (including wisdom teeth), implant placement and restorations. He is also trained in the administration of Nitrous Oxide (commonly known as laughing gas) to allow patients, including children, to feel more at ease during their dental treatment.
One of the things Dr. Alex finds most rewarding about dentistry is the ability to immediately help a patient, whether to take them out of pain, improve their aesthetics, or simply fix a broken filling. In addition to dentistry, Alex likes to spend time with family. He is married to his lovely wife Jackie and has a son named Ethan. Dr. Alex and Jackie also just welcomed a new addition to the family, a beautiful baby boy named Levi. Alex likes to play hockey, travel, and watch TV and movies. He is a sports fan, and unfortunately, a big leafs fan. Alex is looking forward to meeting you and addressing your dental needs!
